This figurine is the symbol Old Crow Bourbon, but is frequently confused by well meaning people as a penguin.  Probably because of the top hat, beak and white chest.  Who knows? Maybe it's a penguin being confused as a crow.  This old plastic figurine dates back to the 1970's and is pretty cool.
