Very cool Penguin Pete Youngstown State Bobblehead on lucite pedestal is a classic. Excellent condition and vintage to 1990's.  Head bobbles wonderfully.  Pete has been sitting on the shelf on display only for the past several years. Does not have original box may have some minor flaws as all the bobble heads do but overall in great condition no brakes or chips that I could see.  Very rare and a classic.
